Emily Gerkin, Ph.D.

Emily Gerkin, Ph.D., is a Talent Management and Development Partner at Perceptyx. As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, she applies behavioral science to the strategies and programs that shape how people grow, lead, and perform at work. At Perceptyx, Emily ensures that the same best practices the company champions for customers are deeply embedded within its own organization. She oversees internal talent programs spanning leadership development initiatives, talent management, and broader organizational effectiveness efforts. She earned her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia and her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University, where her research focused on team and leadership effectiveness.
