Emily Killham is a Director of Research & Insights at Perceptyx. She is an expert at quantifying the value of engaged employees and engaged work teams and has written extensively on the value of employee listening.
Focused on building better places to work for more than two decades, she has worked closely with organizations in nearly every global and domestic industry, ranging from 100 to more than 25,000 employees. As one of the world’s leading Employee Engagement researchers, Emily is passionate about discovering data-driven solutions to organizational problems and discovering patterns in the employee experience both within and across organizations.
Emily earned her master’s degree in educational psychology, with a focus in qualitative and quantitative methods from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
