Jonathan Elbaz partners closely with many notable Fortune 500 organizations to improve business performance and realize employee potential. As a Director of Customer Consulting at Perceptyx, Jonathan regularly works with large, enterprise clients to design and administer employee listening, workforce analytics, and talent interventions. Additionally, Jonathan often speaks at industry events and writes on topics relating to shaping and measuring the employee experience. Prior to joining Perceptyx, Jonathan was responsible for leading employee listening and consulting initiatives at Willis Towers Watson, Aon, and IBM. Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University.
