With more than a decade in human resources and talent acquisition, Karlina currently leads the Talent Acquisition team at Perceptyx, spearheading global hiring strategy. Her background as a military veteran, entrepreneur, and MBA graduate has shaped her commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and informed her work to drive continued innovation in recruitment processes, particularly for complex, high-growth organizations. Karlina holds an MBA and a Masters in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelors in Economics from Cal State University San Marcos.
