Kian Betancourt, Ph.D. is a Senior People Science Consultant at Perceptyx. With a deep passion for understanding human behavior in the workplace, Kian applies empirical, research-driven methodologies to explore how people interact within professional settings. His expertise spans a broad range of interests, including human resource and human capital consulting, leadership development, high potential identification and coaching, competency model development, and data analysis.
Kian transitioned to his current role at Perceptyx, following the acquisition of behavioral science innovator Humu, where he served in the same capacity. Prior to this, he was Lead People Scientist at Vee. He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and also holds an M.A. from SUNY New Paltz in Experimental Psychology.
