Kira Foley, Ph.D., is a Senior Behavioral Scientist at Perceptyx. Kira is passionate about making work better for everyone with science-backed approaches to behavioral change in organizations. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University, where she published research on a variety of workplace challenges that impact leadership and teams in a variety of organizational contexts (U.S. Army Soldiers, women leaders, desk-less workforce). She joined the Perceptyx team following the acquisition of the behavioral science innovator Humu. At Humu, Kira sat on the product team and played a first-hand role in baking behavioral science into HR technology Software as a Service (SaaS) products. Her work at Humu focused on building employee listening and action-planning products that are sensitive to job type and level. Now, at Perceptyx Kira conducts applied research to understand how to drive workplace transformation at speed, at scale, and in sustainable ways.
