Research Consultant at Perceptyx, is passionate about bringing insights to
action. She is dedicated to enhancing employee experiences and delivering
data-driven solutions that drive organizational growth. Before joining
Perceptyx, she served in diverse leadership and analytical roles at Moody’s
Analytics, gaining valuable expertise in survey design, research
methodologies, data analysis, and visualization. Kristina earned her
Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Baruch College where she
established the groundwork for her lifelong interest in all things people,
research, and analytics.
