With over 18 years of experience in the employee experience field, Liz partners with many organizations, including Fortune 500 companies to design and implement employee listening strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes. She specializes in helping organizations translate complex data into actionable insights—particularly within the healthcare industry, where she has led large-scale transformation efforts across clinical and operational teams.
Liz has also served as a long-time advisor to the U.S. Department of Defense, where she has played a key role in the development and advancement of their organizational climate survey program for more than a decade.
Her expertise spans survey design and analytics, leadership development, organizational culture, and large-scale change initiatives. She is passionate about aligning people strategies with organizational goals, ensuring that listening efforts lead to lasting impact. Liz earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Toledo.
