Michael has considerable experience with developing and implementing measurement initiatives for employee selection, development, and workforce diagnostic purposes. For more than two decades, Michael has fostered successful relationships across organizations and delivered stellar client service. With his experience extending across various consulting roles, he has built an impressive reputation in advising organizations and implementing practical solutions that drive organizational effectiveness. Michael received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida, following his M.A. degree in the same field from the University of New Haven, and a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Queen's University.
