Noel D'Souza leads AI and data engineering at Perceptyx, where his team builds the NLP, generative AI, and data engineering capabilities behind Perceptyx's platform. He is responsible for turning employee feedback at enterprise scale into accurate, trustworthy insight that helps organizations understand and act on what their people are telling them. Previously, Noel led engineering teams at Wealthsimple and UKG. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
