Thulani Day, M.Sc., is a Research Consultant at Perceptyx. Before joining Perceptyx in September 2022, she accumulated experience providing research support and crafting policy documentation for private companies within the education sector. Prior to that, she worked at Cordis Bright, where she honed her skills over the course of more than a year, working in areas such as stakeholder engagement, data transformation, and reporting. Thulani has expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and is adept at data visualization, crafting compelling stories that enhance the impact of research findings. She has a Master of Science degree (with distinction) in Sociology from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Sociology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
