Employee-Driven Awards Fuel Our Desire For Excellence

We’re thrilled and deeply honored to announce that Perceptyx has been recognized with two “Best Places to Work” Awards from Comparably out of tens of thousands of companies rated over the past 12 months. These awards are solely driven by feedback provided by our incredible employees and are a testament to the unwavering dedication and passion each member of our team brings to the table. 

Being awarded “Best Company Outlook” and “Best HR Team” ― especially when the acknowledgment comes directly from our employees ― holds a special significance for us. It underscores the strength of our internal advocates and the trust and camaraderie that define us as a company. This recognition is not just about celebrating our accomplishments; it’s about honoring our employees and thanking them for sharing their sentiments in Comparably’s short surveys. We have multiple ways to recognize one another internally, from a recognition platform where we can shout-out big groups making an impact to a nomination-based recognition program that truly celebrates our unsung heroes in very prominent ways. Our people really showed up and seized this opportunity to recognize Perceptyx as a company! 

The “Best Company Outlook” award measures how confident employees are about the future success of their company, how likely they are to recommend our company, and if employees are typically excited to go to work each day. We are thrilled to hear this since we spent a fabulous week in January gathered as a company in Dallas, Texas for our Company Kick-off and in-depth discussion of our outlook, 2024 plans, and excitement about our future.

The “Best HR Team” award celebrates sentiments shared by the Perceptyx People team on more than 16 core culture metrics including executive leadership, coworkers, environment, compensation, growth opportunities, happiness, and work-life balance. As a member of the Perceptyx People Team myself, I can attest that this team continuously goes above and beyond for our people and is always ensuring we focus on the “human” piece of “human resources.”

Perceptyx initiated its partnership with Comparably, a leading workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform with more than 15 million anonymous ratings on 70,000 companies, late last year. We’re eager to continue this partnership to position ourselves for prospective candidates and to reinforce what makes our culture exceptional via feedback from current employees. We want the talent we recruit to understand what it’s really like to work here, and Comparably is providing the forum for our people to share that truth.

This positive feedback inspires us to continue pushing the boundaries of excellence and innovation.
