The “Best Company Outlook” award measures how confident employees are about the future success of their company, how likely they are to recommend our company, and if employees are typically excited to go to work each day. We are thrilled to hear this since we spent a fabulous week in January gathered as a company in Dallas, Texas for our Company Kick-off and in-depth discussion of our outlook, 2024 plans, and excitement about our future.
The “Best HR Team” award celebrates sentiments shared by the Perceptyx People team on more than 16 core culture metrics including executive leadership, coworkers, environment, compensation, growth opportunities, happiness, and work-life balance. As a member of the Perceptyx People Team myself, I can attest that this team continuously goes above and beyond for our people and is always ensuring we focus on the “human” piece of “human resources.”
Perceptyx initiated its partnership with Comparably, a leading workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform with more than 15 million anonymous ratings on 70,000 companies, late last year. We’re eager to continue this partnership to position ourselves for prospective candidates and to reinforce what makes our culture exceptional via feedback from current employees.
