Alicia Dean is a Research Consultant at Perceptyx. She was drawn to Organizational Psychology for the pivotal role work plays in helping to improve the employment experience.
Her contributions include Perceptyx’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Best Practice Survey and accompanying playbook, and has co-authored two DEIB articles listed by People Insights Leader and author David Green as an HR must-read in 2022.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Sheffield. Based in the north of England, Alicia loves her walking her dogs in the countryside and performing in local stage productions.
