Bradley Wilson, Ph.D. is the Global Head of Research and Insights with Perceptyx. He partners with internal and external stakeholders to research critical global trends, overseeing strategic client projects and the meta-analysis of the millions of survey responses collected from Perceptyx’s many clients.
He has been with Perceptyx for over a decade and has partnered with leaders from over 300 of the world’s most admired companies and brands, leading complex listening programs aligned with organizational change initiatives. Brad helps leaders understand how they can use data to unlock the potential of their people and organizations.
He holds a BA in Communication and Leadership Development from the University of Rhode Island, an MBA from Liberty University in VA, and earned his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology at Grand Canyon University.
