Crystal Perel is a Senior Consultant with Perceptyx, where she works with clients and their leaders to better understand and develop creative, data-based solutions and make informed decisions that optimize their employees' work environment and, ultimately, lead to better business outcomes.
She has over a decade of experience in developing comprehensive listening strategies and has previously been an internal and external consultant across diverse industries and well-respected organizations, including Press Ganey Associates and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. In 2019, she was one of 3 recipients of a Press Ganey Client Experience Award based on her client partnerships.
She earned both her bachelor’s and her master’s degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.
