Mary Ann Bucklan is a Senior Workforce Transformation Consultant at Perceptyx, where she provides thought leadership and strategic consulting on listening strategies to customers in a variety of industries and sectors including Manufacturing, Biotech, and Energy. Mary Ann believes that it’s important to focus on the employee voice because people are the strongest asset in an organization and the driving force behind every facet of success. By leveraging data and insights gleaned from the robust Perceptyx platform, Mary Ann guides leaders in creating environments that foster employee engagement, productivity, and retention. Prior to joining Perceptyx, Mary Ann held consulting roles at Employment Technologies, Lucent Technologies, and Wilson Learning. Mary Ann earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at University of Florida, and her master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology at University of Central Florida.
