Tiffany Patrick is a Senior Consultant at Perceptyx. She provides trusted expertise on best practices in creating employee listening strategies across a wide range of business sectors and geographies. She helps clients leverage data to discover insights and drive action at scale.
She has worked in the survey and research assessment space since 2014 and has previously been a research scientist and consultant with Talent Plus. She specializes in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and has participated in special initiatives to help organizations develop both internal and external DE&I strategies. Currently, she leads an internal Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) team that has been revamping Perceptyx’s DEIB customer solution.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from NC State University in psychology, a master’s degree from East Carolina University in industrial/organizational psychology and from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, she received her Master of Business Administration and a Certificate for Quantitative Methods for Social and Behavioral Sciences.
