Brittany Head is a Principal Consultant at Perceptyx. She works with Fortune 100 companies to improve employee experiences all over the world through a combination of best practices, data-driven insights, and innovative, customized solutions.
She has worked in the employee listening and survey field for over ten years and has previously consulted on methodology, leadership assessment, talent, and organizational effectiveness.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Saint Louis University and earned her master's in industrial/organizational psychology and her doctorate in business psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
