Lauren Beechly is a Director of Client Consulting at Perceptyx, where she leads a team that partners with more than 50 healthcare organizations to solve their specific people challenges, improve the lives of their team members, and drive better business results.
She has worked in the employee listening and people analytics space for 15 years, the last three at Perceptyx. Previously, she worked as an internal talent consultant for several energy organizations, a managing consultant for IBM, and an ethics researcher at the University of Oklahoma.
She believes that people really are an organization’s greatest asset and that listening to employees is one of the most strategic actions an organization can take to understand employee perceptions, help employees feel valued, improve the employee experience, and solve business challenges.
Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and Business Administration. Her master’s and doctoral degrees in industrial/organizational psychology are from the University of Oklahoma.
